AHSGE General Info Item Specs

USATestprep and the Alabama High School AHSGE

Since 2001, all students in Alabama have been required to take the Alabama High School AHSGE. The content of these exams is determined by the Courses of Study and the Item Specifications. The Alabama High School AHSGE is designed to measure student performance of the standards and objectives in the Courses of Study. Performance on the Alabama High School AHSGE determines student's advancement and/or graduation, as well as school's AYP status, as determined by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.

To best assist students and teachers on the Alabama High School AHSGE, USATestprep has developed a variety of review materials based on the Courses of Study, including:
